Terms of Service
Last updated: June 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of StackBridge. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using StackBridge on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
The service
StackBridge lets you turn APIs, webhooks, and other tools into governed actions that an AI agent can call — with risk tiers, approvals, redaction, and logging. AI features and third-party integrations are optional and run on credentials you provide.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect tools, APIs, and accounts you are authorized to use, and comply with those providers’ own terms.
- Keep your credentials and your StackBridge login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Configure approval policies appropriate to the risk of each tool. You remain responsible for actions you approve.
Acceptable use
Do not use StackBridge to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam or abusive messages, attack or overload third-party systems, or attempt to circumvent the security controls of the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Lifetime & marketplace deals
If you purchased access through a marketplace (e.g. a lifetime deal), that marketplace’s purchase and refund terms apply alongside these terms, including any limits on code stacking and the features included in your tier. Plan limits and included allowances are described at the point of sale. AI usage beyond any included allowance requires your own provider key.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every generated or connected tool will work, that third-party APIs will be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from actions you or your AI agents take through the tools you configure. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using StackBridge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
